Returns and Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on skincare products once they have been opened or used.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you with a return or exchange for the correct item.

If you change your mind or no longer wish to keep the product, we recommend gifting it or passing it along to someone else who may benefit from it, as we cannot process returns for non-defective, unopened items.

Eligibility for Returns

Defective or Damaged Products: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at store@glowremedies.com with your order number, a photo of the damaged product, and packaging (if applicable), and we will resolve the issue by either issuing a refund or sending a replacement.

Incorrect Items: If the wrong product is shipped to you, please contact us within 7 days for an exchange or refund.

Return Process

2. Return Authorization: We will provide instructions on how to return the item (if applicable), including the return shipping address. Please note that we may require the item to be sent back before issuing a refund or replacement.

3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect product).

4. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product and verify the issue, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened skincare products
  • Products that have been exposed to contamination
  • Products purchased from third-party retailers

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After that period, we cannot guarantee a cancellation as the item may already be processed for shipping.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please follow our return process and place a new order for the desired product.

Customer Responsibility

Incorrect Shipping Information: Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase. Glow Remedy is not responsible for errors due to incorrect address information, and reshipping charges may apply for returned packages that are undeliverable.
